Make AI worth getting to know.

AI raises real questions. Some people are curious, others are skeptical or unsure what to believe.

We turn the human questions surrounding AI into original films, unforgettable characters, and storyworlds people choose to follow.

Use levity to meet people where the questions are.

The opening

Your product isn't the whole story.

You've built something remarkable.

But features, demos, and explanations aren't always enough to make people care.

Some prospective customers are intrigued by AI. Others feel overwhelmed, distrustful, or uncertain about whether it belongs in their lives.

They may not need another explanation.

They may need an experience that changes the conversation.

Entertainment before explanation

Give people a story worth stepping into.

A good story doesn't demand agreement. It invites curiosity.

We create original entertainment that explores the people, contradictions, possibilities, and unexpected consequences surrounding emerging technology.

Sometimes that's a comedy about our complicated relationship with AI. Sometimes it's a mystery about identity, memory, or what makes us human. Sometimes it's an entirely new fictional world.

The aim isn't to make everyone love AI. It's to create a story that stands on its own and invites curiosity about the company behind it.

Make them laugh.

Make them wonder.

Give them a reason to come back.

These are possible creative directions, not a required sequence or formula.

Original entertainment

Give them a world to return to.

We develop original entertainment around your company's identity, audience, and the human questions your technology raises.

01 / Standalone story

Original short films

One unexpected story that makes the spirit of your offering immediately felt. A standalone cinematic experience people can watch, remember, and share.

02 / A reason to return

Brand-owned series

Recurring characters, mysteries, and conflicts that give audiences a reason to return for the next episode. Entertainment that can grow into a recognizable creative property.

03 / Beyond the screen

Interactive storyworlds

Fictional experiences that invite audiences to encounter characters, explore possibilities, or make choices. Interactive extensions are custom-scoped, not automatically included in every film commission.

Your world. Your characters. Your IP. Our creative direction.

Commissioned IP ownership and usage rights are defined in the individual production agreement.

Imagine the possibilities

What kind of story would your company tell?

These three original directions show how different AI technologies might inspire entertainment.

Dark workplace comedy / identity satire

The Stand-Ins

A man creates a digital double to handle everything he dislikes about his life. The double becomes wildly successful. Soon, everyone wants to meet the double instead.

Could explore: AI avatars, digital identities, and personal AI agents.

Intimate speculative mystery

Voicemails from Tomorrow

A woman receives mysterious voice messages from people she hasn't met yet, warning her about choices she hasn't made.

Could explore: Voice AI, conversational interfaces, and emerging forms of human-machine communication.

Magical realism / inventive adventure comedy

The Things We Never Built

In a secret town, all the ideas humanity abandoned continue living independently. One unfinished invention escapes.

Could explore: AI creation tools, coding assistants, and platforms that help people bring ideas to life.

Illustrative original concepts. These are not commissioned work or existing client partnerships.

Fear of AI poster showing people exploring AI together, with the message Helping people meet AI without the hype or the fear.

Beyond the hype. Beyond the fear.

Technology changes. The human questions remain.

What will AI make possible?

What might we lose?

What happens to creativity, work, relationships, and identity when technology becomes part of everyday life?

Those questions are too interesting to reduce to a product demonstration or a reassuring slogan.

We make room for the comedy, tension, wonder, and humanity within them.

Helping people meet AI without the hype or the fear.

Original studio work

Blind Seers: Dawn of Actual Intelligence

A tribe of sorcerers from 2041 welcomes you into a world where ancient wisdom, human consciousness, and emerging technology collide.

Commission original entertainment

Start with a film. Develop a world. Or produce the whole thing.

Every project starts with a different creative opportunity. Each offering can be commissioned on its own. You do not have to buy one to qualify for another.

Development only

Storyworld Weaving

Storyworld Discovery: $5,000 for 14 days

Develop original characters, conflicts, and a narrative world around the human questions raised by AI. The resulting foundation is yours to take to your own production team.

Further storyworld development and screenwriting are custom-proposed. Finished film or series production is a separate commission.

Full cinematic production

Cinessence

Custom quote

Commission a complete original film or series through LUCID Film Studio. The custom scope includes development, worldbuilding, and screenwriting when required, plus the production needed to deliver the finished work.

Cinessence can be commissioned directly. Storyworld Weaving is not a prerequisite.

Discuss a full film or series

Want a separate creative-strategy starting point? Firelight Discovery is an optional $750 session. It is not required before commissioning a film or series.

Our creative method

We find characters by playing them.

True Participation Studio approaches story development differently.

Rather than building characters entirely from marketing briefs, we investigate the human contradictions beneath a company's offering.

Through live role-playing, creative discovery, and narrative development, we explore characters and situations that can surprise even the people creating them.

What story could only exist because your company does?

Our filmmaking practice transforms those discoveries into entertainment designed to stand on its own.

  • Find the human tension. Discover the questions and contradictions worth exploring.
  • Bring the characters to life. Explore relationships, choices, conflicts, and unexpected possibilities.
  • Create a world worth following. Develop or produce original entertainment that can engage an audience beyond a single marketing message.

A few useful answers

Questions before we begin?

Do we need to have a story idea already?

No. We can discover a direction together or develop an idea you already have.

Can we commission Cinessence directly?

Yes. Cinessence is a full-production offering. Storyworld Weaving is available separately for clients who want development without committing to production.

Are these commercials or product explainers?

Our focus is original entertainment. The company informs the creative world, but the story must work for an audience that isn't already interested in the product.

Do you only make comedy?

No. Dark comedy and levity are important parts of Fear of AI, but we also develop mysteries, speculative drama, adventure, and other genres suited to the story.

Who owns the resulting story and characters?

Commissioned IP ownership, usage rights, and any retained studio materials are defined in the production agreement.

Can the work acknowledge real concerns about AI?

Yes. The goal is to explore real human questions thoughtfully, not suppress concerns or persuade everyone to adopt AI.

There’s a worry that humans might hand over too much decision-making power to algorithms.

Job Displacement:
Automated systems can take over certain roles, fueling concerns about widespread unemployment.

Privacy Concerns:
AI systems often need large quantities of personal data, raising fears about how securely that information is stored, shared, and used.

Ethical Dilemmas:
AI presents tough questions about right and wrong, especially when the outcomes affect people’s lives and freedoms.

Bias and Discrimination:
AI can unintentionally perpetuate or amplify existing social biases, especially if it’s trained on skewed data.
